For partners, supporters and funders

Help build the conditions
for support that remembers.

BetterMinds is seeking aligned pilot hosts, grant funders, strategic partners and thoughtful investors who understand that trust, evidence and human judgement are part of the product. They are not a brake on it.

Mission first

Whole-person context.
Person-owned continuity.
Better-prepared human support.

No donation route. No charitable-status claim. No unannounced customers or outcomes.

01

The problem

The burden is not only what happened. It is having to rebuild it again.

Important wellbeing and health context is scattered across memory, routines, appointments, private reflection and disconnected signals. In the moment a person needs support, the connecting story can be the hardest thing to retrieve.

Most dashboards organise data. BetterMinds is building Ren to help the person organise meaning: what happened, what seems relevant, what they want to question and what they choose to carry into a human conversation.

Why now

AI can hold more context. The question is who it serves.

The opportunity is not to make another system that knows more about a person. It is to help the person know, shape and use their own context, with clear limits and human support still in the loop.

01

People increasingly generate fragmented wellbeing context without a useful connecting layer.

02

Continuity can reduce avoidable repetition when memory is visible, bounded and correctable.

03

Responsible organisations need support routes that do not become surveillance routes.

Product differentiation

A champion, not a dashboard.

The product thesis rests on four connected choices.

01

Whole-person context

Life, wellbeing and health context can sit together without collapsing into a score.

02

Continuity with control

Memory is useful only when the person can see, correct and remove it.

03

Honest companionship

Ren can gently reflect against aims the person set. It does not flatter, moralise or overrule.

04

A route back to people

Editable preparation supports human conversations instead of replacing them.

B2B opportunity

Responsible access for people under sustained pressure.

The opportunity is an organisation-supported, person-owned experience. It is never an employer view into an individual’s private life.

Emergency services

Shift, incident and decompression context

Explore voluntary support around disrupted rhythms and preparation for chosen human help, without command visibility.

Employers

Wellbeing access without scoring

Offer a private route while explicitly separating personal context from management, occupational health, insurance and appraisal.

Care ecosystems

Better-prepared conversations

Help people organise their own context for therapists, GPs, specialists, carers or sponsors. The person chooses the handover.

BetterMinds has not announced a signed customer, completed organisational pilot, revenue, grant award, investment commitment or quantified outcome. The opportunity is a thesis to test responsibly.

Current evidence & status

A working product and a plan to learn. Not a case study in disguise.

The Ren source contains working beta routes for conversation, continuity, check-ins, selected practices, optional aggregate Apple Health context and editable professional preparation. The launch evidence is an internal working plan with 12-week learning gates, not completed traction.

Product

Closed private beta with bounded current capabilities.

Professional input

Therapists and nutrition practitioners are actively challenging the whole-person approach; named attribution and precise scopes follow individual approval.

Organisation route

Responsible pilot conversations, with access-without-surveillance as the starting boundary.

Outcomes

No clinical, commercial or organisational outcomes claimed.

Milestones

Prove the next thing, then decide.

The milestones deliberately move from product readiness to useful moments, pilot readiness and only then scale.

  1. 1

    Now

    Closed private beta

Working conversation, continuity, check-in, selected wellbeing-practice and professional-preparation routes; clear product and safety boundaries.

  2. 2

    Next

    Prove useful moments

Invite-only learning with relevant participants and professional review, measuring utility and return rather than reach or outcome claims.

  3. 3

    Then

    Responsible pilot readiness

Privacy explanation, bounded evaluation, operating controls and a credible pilot pack for aligned emergency-service or employer conversations.

  4. 4

    Later

    Earn the right to scale

Use evidence, not enthusiasm, to decide what becomes public, what needs refinement and which partnerships protect the mission.

Use-of-funds framing

Fund the proof, the protections and the people.

No invented round size, valuation, percentage allocation or eligibility claim. These are the workstreams aligned support would enable.

  • 01

    Product, privacy and safety hardening

Strengthen authentication, account controls, audit, retention and responsible data handling.

  • 02

    Named professional review

Resource bounded expert contribution, challenge and publication sign-off.

  • 03

    Small learning cohorts

Run controlled, invite-only learning focused on usefulness, return and trust.

  • 04

    Pilot delivery and evaluation

Build the operating, privacy and evidence plan required for a responsible organisational pilot.

  • 05

    Responsible commercial readiness

Create the materials, controls and capability to enter serious partner conversations without overclaiming.

Who we want to meet

Partners willing to protect the mission while testing the model.

Grant & non-dilutive funders

Support evidence-building, safety hardening and public-value pilots without forcing premature scale.

Responsible pilot hosts

Emergency-service and employer partners prepared to keep participation voluntary and personal context private.

Strategic partners

Technology, research and delivery partners who add capability without weakening person ownership.

Aligned investors

Thoughtful capital conversations that respect the mission, responsible development and founder-led decision-making.

Partner conversations

Bring the difficult questions early.

If you can help BetterMinds prove utility, strengthen safeguards or shape a responsible route to market, we would like to understand the fit.
