For emergency services and employers

Support access.
Keep surveillance out.

BetterMinds is opening responsible pilot conversations for workforces carrying unusual pressure, fragmented schedules or barriers to asking for help. The person remains the owner of the story.

Our starting point

The organisation supports access.
The person keeps their context.
Always separate.

The organisational proposition

A private space around demanding work.

Ren may be useful around moments such as shift transitions, disrupted sleep, decompression and preparing to speak with human support. It is never a performance-scoring tool.

  1. 01

    Voluntary by design

Participation should be a genuine choice. A supported person must be able to stop without workplace penalty or pressure.

  2. 02

    Access without surveillance

An organisation may support access, but it does not gain access to personal conversations, individual activity or private health context.

  3. 03

    Broad learning only

Any organisational learning would need to be explicitly enabled, privacy-protective, group-level and unable to expose individual stories.

  4. 04

    Evaluate utility, not diagnosis

A pilot should ask whether Ren is understandable, useful and helps people prepare. It should not claim clinical outcomes it was not designed to prove.

01

Emergency services

Continuity around shifts, incidents and the quiet after.

Personnel may move between intense moments, formal support and everyday life without a safe place to hold the connecting context. A pilot conversation can explore whether Ren helps the person notice, articulate and prepare, without sending personal data up a chain of command.

  • Private decompression
  • Shift and sleep context
  • Preparation for chosen support
02

Responsible employers

Wellbeing access without turning people into a workforce dashboard.

A responsible employer conversation starts with trust: no manager view of individual conversations, no hidden activity score and no use for appraisal, insurance or absence decisions.

  • Voluntary access
  • Clear privacy explanation
  • Independent learning boundaries

A responsible pilot conversation

Start with the questions a pilot must earn the right to answer.

01

Is the experience understandable, voluntary and genuinely useful to the people invited?

02

Do people return because it helps, rather than because an organisation is watching participation?

03

Does preparation make a chosen human conversation easier to enter or clearer to navigate?

04

Can the privacy boundary be explained in plain language and verified in the product and pilot design?

05

Over time, can earlier person-owned support contribute to greater confidence, stronger self-management and fewer avoidable wellbeing-related absences?

BetterMinds has not announced an organisational customer or completed pilot outcome. These are invitations to shape a responsible test, not case-study claims.

The outcome ambition

Earlier support. More personal agency. Less preventable disruption.

We want to test whether Ren can help people understand what is happening sooner, manage more of the day-to-day with confidence, and reach human support better prepared.

For organisations, the responsible question is whether that can contribute to fewer avoidable wellbeing-related absences, without tracking individuals or turning private difficulty into management data.

This is a pilot hypothesis, not a result or a guaranteed outcome.
Ready to discuss

A bounded pilot shape

Audience need, voluntary access, user journeys, privacy explanation, success questions and an evidence plan can be scoped with an aligned organisation.

Still to prove

Operational and enterprise readiness

Formal account recovery, audit, retention and DSAR tooling, enterprise certification and partner reporting controls are not complete. Those gates belong in the pilot plan.

Pilot conversations

Could your organisation support people without owning their story?

We welcome careful conversations with emergency services, employers and programme partners who want the privacy and evidence questions on the table from the beginning.
